Cancelling Appointment
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. We would like to point out that it will probably incur costs for us if you cancel later.
If you cancel on the day itself, we are unfortunately forced to charge 50 percent of the costs. This also applies if you do not show up for your appointment. We hope for your understanding.
